SHIPPING:
We can ship Worldwide! If you are from outside Canada or the US please email us first for an estimate of shipping prices. Shipping prices are much higher therefore unless we see a demand for worldwide shipping we will be commonly shipping to the US and Canada only. Sorry for any inconvenience.
You have the option of holding items you buy in your shopping bag to save on shipping, and all items will hold in your bag for 6 days. Each time you buy a new item this 6 day countdown resets. You can ship your bag at any point by hitting the "Ship Now" button.
Items in your shopping bags will automatically ship if you have not made a purchase in the last 6 days.
Items do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. So if your shopping bag automatically ships on one of these days, it will not actually leave our location until the next business day.
When you purchase an item, your shipping will be calculated during your checkout process. As you purchase more items their shipping will cost an additional $1.00 each and will be added to your total if you have chosen to hold your shopping bag.
Your items will be lovingly shipped with Canada Post.
We charge flat rate shipping. If we notice this causing us or you to pay too much we will look into other options, but at this point a flat rate plus $1.00 per item after that we believe will be the most cost efficient way for all of us.
Any duties, customs, or fees incurred during shipping and/or border crossing are your responsibility.
Shipping will be regular post, if you need your items faster please let us know and we will inform you of the additional charges.
Shipping for the first item:
Canada: $10.00
United States: $20.00
Each additional item: $1.00
RETURNS:
In order to return an item to Frantic Fashion, it must:
- Include your receipt. Just print it off of your computer (This way we know who to credit).
- Have no stains. This includes deodorant marks, ladies and gents.
- Have the TAGS attached in the original manner.
- Have NOT been laundered. Trust us, we`ll know.
- And yes, we will be able to tell if it`s been worn longer than just a short try-on period so please:
if it doesn't fit, or compliments your bum in all the wrong places,if your partner thinks it isn't flattering just put it back in the bag.
- All items MUST be returned in the original plastic packaging bags that they were shipped to you in.
- Feel free to ship back to us in the cheapest method possible for you (e.g. a Bubble Mailer), you don`t have to return it to us in the same box. The Frantic Fashion boxes are for you to keep. They’re handy, use them as gift boxes! They were free to you!
- Returns must be made within 30 days from when you recieved your item.
We charge no restocking fee. All of our returns are in Frantic Funds, and will be credited to your account. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please Note: If you are returning from outside of Canada any duties or brokerage fees charged will be deducted from your credit refunded. Due to this we recommend shipping with the Post Office and writing "Canadian Goods Returning" on the outside of your package to prevent any delays at customs.
If you have problems adhering to any of these rules, or for some reason we missed a defect in the item upon inspection from the distributer just send us an email and we will make sure to help you out. If you are unsure about if we'd take an item back for return email us first, we are very flexible and we are here to help you.

If an item is returned to us in an undesirable condition, you will have the options of:
- Having it shipped back to you. (You pay shipping charges).
- Having us donate it for you.
All clothing donations will be made to The Salvation Army
