Can I be sure your products are authentic?
We know that designer knock-offs are a big problem, especially with online shopping. Our clothing comes straight from the manufacturer’s distributer. It is all authentic clothing. If you have any questions or concerns about the authenticity or quality please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to reassure you!
How can you sell at this price? Are these defected items?
No. All of this clothing is of great quality. If you ever receive a piece that is defective in any way, please email us immediately as this shouldn’t happen! We buy last season items as well as this seasons items and mark them up very little. We inspect clothing upon recieval but if something ever got by us and to you that was defected contact us right away and we will correct this.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! But in order to ship outside of Canada and the United States you must first email us for a shipping price. Shipping to other areas can get quite costly and we want you to be comfortable with these costs ahead of time. Once we see a trend of shipping to other countries we will add them into our checkout point. Any duties or fees occured during the shipping period are your responsibility. I missed an item I really wanted, what can I do?
We can’t do much to help you here, sorry! If the item didn’t sell out wait for it to come around again, if it did sell out hope someone returns it and snatch it then!
I am constantly missing items! I can't be online all day, what should I do?
This is the part that gets difficult. But we can’t sell all of our deals at once... what would be the fun in that! Our recommendations are to leave the monitor turned on with the site on the screen and check it throughout your day, play games, chat, or sign up for alerts.
I bought an item but have since realized it isn't going to fit, can I cancel it from my bag?
Please contact us and we will try to help you out! This isn’t usually a problem, as long as it isn’t being abused (as in you just see something better, and it’s happening a lot) so yes, within reason.
I want to earn credit, what can I do?
I bought something and it is not in my bag?
Please email us immediately, it is possible that the computer processed it but someone else had beat you to the item, so it was sold out when you bought it, you shouldn't have been charged for this but contact us and we will make sure!
Why is your return address a P.O. Box?
We are a home-based business. Personally, it feels safer keeping our home address off of our website as it keeps our identity a little more secure, preventing us a little better from vandalism and theft. We check our P.O. Box constantly so it will not cause any delays. If you have any concerns about it, call us, email us, fax us, we are a legit business.
What can I do to kill time in between item changes?
Can I place my order over the phone?
I am sorry but we cannot do that. We are not set up for it and it makes it more difficult to monitor the inventory. What you see is what we have, so ordering over the phone we don't have the inventory in front of us and could sell you something that someone purchased through the quicker online process. Any doubts about doing so online check out our privacy policy.
I tried to phone but no one answered?
Leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Or send us an email. We may be away from the business phone but we always have a cell phone with internet capability or a computer near by!
What type of discounts can I expect to see?
We will discount items anywhere from 40-90% off depending on how much we paid for it and how long it has been for sale. If we start slashing prices get excited it probably means there is new stuff coming (or we are just in a really good mood)!
I referred a friend but I did not get my $5.00 off?
As long as your friend put your account email address in the promo spot when they were purchasing their first item you should get your $5.00. But, if you have not made a purchase yet you will not recieve your money. You must have made a purchase as well.
I keep running out of referral cards, how can I get more?
Email us and we will send out more in your next package. Until just let people know your email address or check out our Frantic Funds page for other ways to refer your friends.
I have all these boxes from my shipments... Can I send them back?
We give each person a new box, we do not re-use the boxes. We want each customer to have the same experience of opening a clean new box. We suggest you use them for gift wrap, organization, crafts, or recycle them. Everyone on our X-mas list is getting these boxes.
I want to purchase a gift certificate how do I do this?
Why is dress length measured armpit to hem?
We did this for accuracy. We thought about if we were customers we'd prefer the accuracy even though it is a little bit more of a pain for someone to measure from their armpit down. Measuring from the armpit allows us to always have accurate measurements. If we were measuring a tube dress from the top to the hem the length would be less than a high collared dress from the top to the hem, or even a tee-shirt dress. Because of the many different styles of dresses always measuring from the shoulder or collar will vary too greatly, if we measure from the armpit (even tube dresses start at your armpit level) then they will always be accurate. Many people are concerned about where it hits on your leg, a tube dress at 29inches would be quite long measured from the top, a tee dress at the same length measured from the collar or the shoulder would be quite a bit shorter. We hope this makes sense and isn't too much of an inconvienence. If you would like us to measure differently let us know.
Are there any rules for Chat?
We do have guidelines we would like you to follow. You can read them here on our blog page under the category "From the Admins." Our guidelines are easy to follow and meant so that chat is a non-threatening environment. We want everyone to feel welcome and equal.
